Terry Jacobs will be the speaker at the next breakfast of Mojacar FGBMFI.
Terry hails from North Wales and was diagnosed with kidney cancer. When
doctors operated they found it had spread to Terry´s lungs.

Terry and his wife Barbara overcame this illness by saying healing verses from the Bible out loud, and believing what the Bible has to say about healing. This, coupled with their fervent prayers and those of other believers, saw Terry miraculously healed by God.Come along ... Continue reading...

Don't miss our new style Gala Dinner in Torrevieja. The venue is the Asturias Restaurant, Punta Prima, Orihuela Costa on Friday November 25th at 7.30 p.m.

Bert Lundgren
Speaker at the next breakfast for both Mojacar and Torrevieja will be Bert Lundgren.
Father
of four Bert, married to Anita for almost 45 years, is a member of the Swedish National Executive
of FGBMFI. Born in a Christian family he
grew tired of rules, regulations and religiosity and rebelled against it at 14.
He trained as an engineer and built a successful career in finance which took
him around the world, but also lived a wild life of restaurants, booze and so

Mojacar chapter have changed the venue for their breakfasts. These will now take place at the Restuarante Torre Bahia, Calle Torre Bahia, Mpojacar Playa. The breakfast now costs 5 euros. Continue reading...

Both the Torrevieja and Mojacar Chapters will be having their next breakfast on the same day - Saturday 24th September. Torrevieja's speaker is Lancashire farmer Dave Baragh, whilst Robin Hawkins will share at Mojacar David Baragh was brought up in working-class Lancashire in a Christian home. He went to college in London and married Joyce whilst still very young. David started out as self-employed at 26, and founded two family businesses which now employ 60 people. Mojacar's next breakfast will be on Saturday 23rd May and their speaker will be Charles Daniels.Charles lives with his wife Gloria in Gosport, UK, and has in total been in full time work for the Lord for the past 32 years, serving in Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Texas, Jamaica, and the UK. For our next breakfast in Torrevieija we have 21 year old Caleb Beaty, from Texas, USA. Although born into a Christian family that did not make Caleb a Christian. Come along to the Asturias Restaurant, Punta Prima (on the Torrevieja-bound carriageway of the N332) to hear more. For the next breakfast we have Irishman James Browne. The breakfast is at 10.00 at the Hostal Flamenca, Mojacar Playa. 4 euros for a cooked breakfast with orange juice and coffee or tea..

At the Torrevieja AGM held on 16th Aprul the following were elected unopposed:
Stuart Handley - President David Clarke - Vice President Terry Turner - Secretary Paul Brygider - Treasurer John Kerr -Membership Secretary.
We are grateful to Eddie Martens and Steve Dowling who have stepped down after serving as Vice President and Membership Secretary since the chapter's inception.
